岗位职责：
1.策划并执行校友会、牛剑营等高端教育活动
2.负责学员联络活动运营，用户满意度需达到90%以上
3.独立完成活动全流程管理，包括预算控制、供应商对接
4.建立活动效果评估体系，产出数据分析报告，关键指标提升15%

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，5年以上教育行业活动运营经验

2.熟悉高端教育社群运营，有牛剑/常春藤资源者优先

3.具备10万+预算项目管理能力，擅长资源整合 4.优秀的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel/SPSS等工具
