职位概述：

作为用户运营负责用户全生命周期运营管理，重点通过流量承接、留存促活及社群精准化运营提升转化效果，同步结合热点策划创意活动并持续优化运营策略。同时需定期开展市场竞品调研与数据分析，为产品宣传节奏及用户增长提供决策支持。

岗位职责：

1. 深刻理解公司业务规划和用户运营工作，结合用户运营转化漏斗进行如媒体流量承接、转化、留存、活跃、拉新等工作，为用户线索咨询率负责；

2. 社群运营管理：以用户为中心，实现用户标签化管理，并制定用户与社群运营内容计划，并有效地触达用户，实现社群活跃与拉新；

3. 活动策划与执行：，根据公司业务规划及产品进行活动策划并执行跟进，并结合活动数据评估与复盘活动效果，持续迭代和改进；

4. 进行竞品分析及行业调研，协助市场热点及产品节奏，定期进行市场调研，输出市场分析报告，优化用户运营计划及产品宣传节奏。

任职要求：

1. 1年以上相关工作经验；

2. 本科及以上学历，英语水平良好；

3. 熟悉国际教育行业动态，了解用户运营相关知识，具备较强的学习能力；

4. 具备良好的数据分析和统计能力，擅长使用数据分析工具；

5. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与其他部门进行良好的沟通和协作；

6. 具备良好的文案撰写能力，能够策划和执行有趣、有用的用户运营活动；

7. 有责任心，对用户体验的追求，有强烈的责任感和使命感。
