We're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial and influential individuals who can help us establish Blue Education as the go-to destination for students pursuing careers in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading and Consulting.

This is not a traditional campus ambassador role. We are looking for students who can build relationships, create momentum, drive engagement and make a real impact on campus.

As a Blue Education Campus Ambassador, you will work directly with our team to grow our university presence, develop society partnerships, promote high-profile events and support the launch of exciting national initiatives.

Through coaching, mentoring and industry-led guidance, we help students develop the skills, experience and confidence needed to succeed in careers such as:

The Role

As a Campus Ambassador, you will be one of three Blue representatives at your university.

Together, you will help build Blue Education's brand, grow student engagement, develop strategic society partnerships and drive attendance at major events throughout the academic year.

This role is perfect for students who enjoy taking initiative, building communities and creating opportunities for others.

Key Responsibilities

Build Blue's Presence on Campus

• Promote Blue Education and its opportunities across your university

• Increase awareness amongst students interested in finance, consulting and business careers

• Develop relationships with influential student leaders and key university networks

• Represent Blue Education professionally at all times

Develop Society Partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with relevant societies, including:

• Finance Societies

• Investment Societies

• Consulting Societies

• Economics Societies

• Business Societies

Support Events and Engagement

Help organise, promote and deliver events including:

• Investment Banking Speaker Panels

• Trading & Markets Insight Sessions

• Consulting Career Workshops

• Networking Events

• Skills Development Workshops

• Employer and Alumni Talks

Grow Student Communities

• Engage ambitious students interested in competitive careers

• Support event registrations and attendance

• Encourage participation across Blue Education initiatives

• Gather feedback and insights from students

Support the National Competition

Play a key role in promoting and driving participation in Blue Education's flagship annual competition focused on Investment Banking, Trading and Consulting.

Selection Process

We are looking for students who are ready to make an impact from day one. Our selection process is designed to identify ambitious, proactive individuals who can help build Blue Education's presence on campus.

Stage 1: Online Application
Applicants will be asked to submit:

- A copy of their CV

- Responses to three short application questions

- Confirmation of their university, degree programme and year of study
Stage 2: On-Campus Interview Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an in-person interview at their university.
